Terms of Service

Who may use ChatKC

You must be at least 13 years old and able to agree to these terms. Do not use ChatKC if applicable law bars you from doing so.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give ChatKC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service according to your audience choices. This license ends when content is deleted, subject to backups, legal duties, and preserved safety evidence.

Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not break the law, impersonate others, harass people, exploit minors, distribute malware, scrape the service, bypass access controls, or interfere with ChatKC.

Moderation and termination

We may limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence to enforce these terms and protect people. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal. An appeal process will be provided for eligible decisions.

Service changes

ChatKC is in pre-beta. Features may change and interruptions may occur. We will use reasonable care but provide the service as available to the extent permitted by law.
